Concept
This work combines rotoscope animation with surface projection mapping to create a 3d diorama.
The animation was created by rotoscoping a dance that I choreographed and performed with my partner, and then rotoscoped at 12 frames per second using the Procreate software.
The cube and base were created by laser cutting 11 pieces of baltic birch wood, and gluing them together.
